The ‘Saksham’ project was implemented in Bhopal to support women facing domestic violence and economic marginalisation. It provides legal aid and livelihood interventions. Free legal aid and case management support have been provided to women survivors. More than 12 cases were taken forward to court between June and August 2025. Fifteen women were trained and certified in Scooty driving. Some of them have already initiated ride and delivery work. Five women received training in catering and fast-food preparation, supported through the distribution of four food carts branded as “Gauravi Food Cart”. Legal awareness through camps and training sessions reached more than 2,000 community members. Youth engagement was done through collaboration with local institutions, including the Madhya Pradesh Police.
