Mukul Madhav Foundation (MMF) is committed to positive societal impact through diverse initiatives and collaborations. From supporting skill development centres to sponsoring mental health film festivals, the foundation, in partnership with Finolex Industries Limited, actively engages in projects promoting social welfare and community development. MMF routinely participates in or conducts general events showcased on this page. It reflects a dedication to promoting sustainable relationships and addressing critical challenges facing individuals and communities.
On 25th April 2025, Mukul Madhav Foundation hosted Dr. Amita Gupta and the team from the Gupta-Klinsky India Institute to discuss the TB Free Schools Initiative in Satara, Maharashtra. Also present were Saurabh Dhanorkar (MD, Finolex Industries), Anil Whabi (Former MD), and Mukul Madhav Foundation representatives. The meeting outlined collaborative plans for a sustainable and impactful TB care programme in schools.

Finolex Industries Limited and Mukul Madhav Foundation have been in active discussions with the Gupta-Klinsky India Institute (GKII) to support the upcoming TB Free Schools Initiative in Satara. As they await final state government permissions, we hosted a strategic meeting with Dr. Amita Gupta and the GKII team, alongside Finolex leadership, to discuss the initiative’s goals and implementation roadmap. The project aims to make a sustainable impact on TB care in schools.
Mr. Anil Whabi of Finolex Industries and Mr. Babalu Mokale of Mukul Madhav Foundation represented the organisations at the ‘Samarth Bharat’ Meet & Greet at MCCIA, Pune, Maharashtra. In this event they engaged with fellow CSR leaders to explore meaningful collaborations for impactful, sustainable change.

On 21st March 2025, Finolex Industries Mukul Madhav Foundation, participated in the ‘Samarth Bharat’ Meet & Greet at MCCIA, Pune. It was an event that convened changemakers and industry leaders to share innovative approaches to social impact. Mr. Anil Whabi represented Finolex Industries and Mr. Babalu Mokale represented Mukul Madhav Foundation. This forum served as a space to strengthen collaborative networks, exchange ideas, and discuss sustainable development efforts. Representatives from KPIT, Praj, Rohan Builders, Persistence, Eq Tech, Being Infortec, and Janakalyan Blood Bank were also in attendance.
Representatives from the Government of Meghalaya, Finolex Industries, Mukul Madhav Foundation, and Learning Links Foundation at the official signing of the Letter of Intent for the Education Enhancement Program in Shillong on 27th March 2025. It marked the beginning of a joint mission to empower 2,000 students across the state through enriched learning and community engagement.

In a landmark collaboration, the Government of Meghalaya has joined hands with Finolex Industries Limited, Mukul Madhav Foundation, and Learning Links Foundation to launch a transformative Education Enhancement Program across the state. The initiative was formalised through a Letter of Intent signed on 27th March 2025. It aims to uplift 2,000 children by integrating advanced learning methodologies and community-driven school improvement strategies. In the presence of Mr. Swapnil Tambe, IAS, and Mrs. Joseph, Secretary of SSA Meghalaya, the partnership reaffirmed the importance of collective effort in bridging educational gaps and enabling sustainable impact at the grassroots level.
On 26th March 2025, employees of Finolex Industries Masar Plant joined students and teachers for a wall painting event focused on water conservation. Organised with support from Mukul Madhav Foundation and Learning Links Foundation, the initiative promoted creativity and community engagement while raising awareness about sustainable water use.

On 26th March 2025, Finolex Industries Limited’s Masar Plant employees participated in a vibrant employee engagement event alongside students to creatively promote water conservation. Through a collaborative wall painting activity centred on the theme “Save Water,” the event highlighted the spirit of teamwork, awareness, and artistic expression. Organised in partnership with Mukul Madhav Foundation and Learning Links Foundation, the event also celebrated ongoing educational programmes supporting over 2,000 students across five schools in areas such as digital literacy and career guidance.
Representatives from Finolex Industries and Mukul Madhav Foundation joined healthcare professionals and NGOs from across Maharashtra at the Thalassemia Meet on 5th April 2025, organised by Jankalyan Blood Bank. The event served as a platform to exchange knowledge and highlight collaborative efforts to prevent and treat thalassemia. It included discussions about Mukul Madhav Foundation’s ongoing initiatives in awareness, screening, and child support.

On 5th April 2025, Jankalyan Blood Bank hosted a Thalassemia Meet that brought together over 80 representatives from NGOs and healthcare organisations across Maharashtra to share insights and strategies for addressing thalassemia. Medical experts presented the latest developments in treatment, while Finolex Industries Limited and Mukul Madhav Foundation shared their impactful work since 2018 in thalassemia care and awareness, including screening over 4,000 students in 2023. The meet developed collaboration interests and a united commitment to combating this genetic disorder.
Women entrepreneurs in Bundelkhand exhibiting their businesses at the International Women’s Day celebration organised under the MMF-WLP Project. The event, supported by Mukul Madhav Foundation, recognised women working towards financial independence.

On International Women’s Day, in collaboration with multiple partner,s we celebrated women’s empowerment across India. Events were held in Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, and Maharashtra, recognising rural women’s contributions, entrepreneurship, and community strength through interactive activities, exhibitions, and awareness sessions.
More than 500 rural women gathered in Uruli Kanchan, Pune, Maharashtra to celebrate International Women’s Day. Mrs. Rahibai Popare was the chief guest at the event. Mukul Madhav Foundation and Finolex Industries Limited were recognised for our contributions to community empowerment at this inspiring event.

In Bundelkhand, Uttar Pradesh, under the MMF-WLP Project, we celebrated International Women’s Day at an event honoring 60 women entrepreneurs. They showcased their achievements and businesses through an enterprise exhibition. Distinguished guests attended this celebration, and the power of financial independence and self-reliance to shape stronger communities was evident.
Mukul Madhav Foundation marked International Women’s Day with celebrations across India. From skill-building workshops and health awareness sessions to community-driven exhibitions and Walkathons, several initiatives empowered women in Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, and Maharashtra.

We also participated in the International Women’s Day celebrations at Uruli Kanchan, Pune, Maharashtra, organised by the BAIF Development Research Foundation. Over 500 rural women attended the programme. We honoured achievements in women’s empowerment in this event. The chief guest at the event, Mrs. Rahibai Popare is renowned for indigenous seed preservation. She recognised Mukul Madhav Foundation and Finolex Industries for our contributions to community development.
Mukul Madhav Foundation, in collaboration with BAIF, celebrated International Women’s Day in Silvassa under the Nari Shakti Project. Women engaged in agriculture awareness, safety workshops, and skill development sessions. A field visit provided support for 60 new mushroom cultivation plots, 90 vegetable mandaps, and 10 strawberry farming pilots.

In collaboration with BAIF, as part of International Women’s Day, we observed the Nari Shakti Project in Silvassa. Over 50 women participated in sessions on agriculture, women’s safety, and skill development. A field visit showcased initiatives in mushroom cultivation, vegetable mandaps, strawberry farming, and the Custom Hiring Centre.
To mark International Women’s Day, in partnership with BAIF, we conducted an empowering event in Masar Village, Gujarat. With a focus on sustainable farming and women’s rights, the program benefitted 100+ women. The key aim was to promote livelihood opportunities and create legal awareness.

We also collaborated with BAIF and organised a special event in Masar Village, Gujarat. The initiative supported 596 rural households. We featured awareness sessions on modern farming techniques and legal guidance on domestic violence. Over 100 women and key stakeholders participated.
