Women Entrepreneurship Programs Empowering Change in India
We organise skill development courses for rural women in vocations ranging from beekeeping, sheep rearing, dairy farming, betel nut cultivation, soya milk production, vermiculture, organic farming, spice cultivation, marketing and pricing of agricultural produce, radiology, computer operation, plumbing, sewing, and making umbrellas, brooms and handicrafts. We also teach soft skills to assist their entrepreneurial endeavours and link them to mainstream markets to further empower their business ventures.
Our Focus Areas
Support to MSMEs & SHGs
We support self-help groups (SHGs) by conducting training sessions, providing raw materials and facilities, and commissioning projects to offer them a means of livelihood, one such example is ‘Ekta Flour Mill’. During the pandemic, we chose local MSMEs and SHGs to source products to include in our Give with Dignity Kits, Kindness Kits and Grocery Kits for pan-India distribution. We maintain our collaborative efforts to ensure the effective implementation of government schemes in various states, ensuring maximum benefits reach the beneficiaries.
