Regular Health Camps

To ensure that our students are fit and healthy, every year Medical Health Check Up camps are organized on campus where students are checked by Ophthalmologists, General Physicians and Dentists from renowned hospitals from Pune and Ratnagiri. These camps help the in timely treatment of aliments related to eye, teeth and general health.

Robotics Competition

To keep our students abreast of the latest developments in the field of technology, the management, in collboration with Robotex India Ltd, motivated the students to prepare the robots.

The workshop aimed to help the students build their own robotics projects and were trained to develop projects from scratch. The main aim of the course was to promote experiential learning through hands-on activities.

One day workshop was arranged for our budding scientists. The students brought laurels to our school by securing 5th position at the regional level' Robotics Competition held at Pune, where 100 plus schools participated.

Every participant was awarded a certificate of international recognition besides being provided with a robotics kit.

German Language

With our motto of 'Be local go global' our students have been trained in German language from std 4th to std 9th. Mukul Madhav Vidyalaya has been associated with Max Muller Bhavan since 2016 and have been under their mentorship. Our students take part in various competitions and chat clubs organized by Max Muller Bhavan, Pune. This helps the students in gaining confidence while communicating in German language. A dedicated qualified expert has being guiding and teaching our students in German language.

Reading Inspiration Day

Mukul Madhav Vidyalaya celebrates 15th October, the birthday of former President Dr.A.P.J Abdul Kalam, as reading Inspiration Day. The library department arranges reading sessions and exhibition of books for the students in the assembly hall. The students thoroughly enjoyed this stress free activity igniting their minds.

Open houses

The school organises open houses for the parents to update them about the performance of students in academic and co-curricular activities in the school. The parents attend the open houses and interact with the teachers and the principal. The doubts, queries and questions of the parents are cleared by the team at MMV. The parents are shown the result of their wards. This enables to create a strong bonding between the parents and the school.

MMV Celebtrates International Yoga Day

Mukul Madhav Vidyalaya observes International Yoga day by organizing a yoga session by an expert for the students on June 21 which is International Yoga Day.

On this day apart from performing asanas importance of performing those asanas is explained to students and how Yoga help in improving their concentration and focus by calming the mind and getting rid of distracting thoughts.

Yoga education has been an integrated part of syllabus at Mukul Madhav Vidyalaya where Yoga is practiced daily by our students under guidance of dedicated in house Yoga teacher. Students also actively participate in the Yoga competitions held at Ratnagiri.

First Aid Training

Medical Officer from Finolex Industries Ltd, conducts a first aid training session for the teaching staff and ancillary staff of Mukul Madhav Vidyalaya. The sessions have always been extensive, informative and practical which deals with methods to provide first aid for fractures, bleeding, infections, choking, insect bites and shocks. By conducting such sessions for its staff members, Mukul Madhav Vidyalaya ensure its preparedness in combating casualties and in contributing towards the safety of children.

Fire and Safety Drill

A fire & safety drill session is being conducted every year for the students of Mukul Madhav Vidyalaya under the guidance of an expert from Fire & Safety department, Finolex Industries, Ratnagiri. These sessions provide training on disaster management by forming a fire prevention and preparedness programme. With this programme, Mukul Madhav Foundation & Finolex Pipes aim to give students and employees, an opportunity, not only to interact with fire fighting experts but also to practice emergency procedures in a simulated but safe environment.
