British Council

We are proud to announce that Mukul Madhav Vidyalaya has been awarded with the Foundation certificate of British Council for the year 2020-21. The award was conferred to the school for bringing in an international dimension to the curriculum.

Students from Jr KG to Std IV participated in the activities like comparative study of wild animals in India and Thailand, water conservation strategies being followed in India and China, which helped them in dwelling deep into global knowledge there by helping them to gain knowledge of culture of different countries in the world.

Mukul Madhav Vidyalaya has been associated with Anusaya Anandi Mahila Ashram, Pawas, Ratnagiri

Mukul Madhav Vidyalaya has been associated with Anusaya Anandi Mahila Ashram, Pawas, Ratnagiri which is a home for Senior Citizens. Students visit this ashram and donate groceries to support the senior citizens. This activity nurtures the sense of responsibility towards the elderly people of our society.

Ek Mutthi Anaj ki (Grocery Donation)

Students of MMV have been visiting "Ashadeep: a home for special children" in Ratnagiri, along with their parents. The students donate 150 kilograms of rice to Ashadeep. This is an activity where every student has to get one hand full of food grains from their home, this is collected by school and donated to Ashadeep. "Ek mutthi anaaj ki" concept has been developed by the Management to create a culture of social responsibility and develop benevolent attitude among the students.

Coast Guard Visit

Students of Mukul Madhav Vidyalaya were invited by Coast Guard Unit, Ratnagiri where they were explained about the tasks performed by Coast Guard Unit in protecting our sea from enemies.

Tree Plantation Activities

Students participate in Tree plantation activities which sensitize students to protect and preserve environment. Students of MMV planted tree saplings in the school premises and in Finolex Industries plant at Ratnagiri. The students were awarded certificates in order to recognize their contribution of planting trees as a step towards Environment Conservation.

Beach Cleaning activity

Mukul Madhav Vidyalaya was invited by the Coast Guard Unit, Ratnagiri to participate in the beach cleaning programme organised by them on account of International Coastal Cleanup day. Students participated to clean up the Bhatye beach, Ratnagiri. The students were awarded certificates for their participation in this social cause by Mr. Dandekar, Commandant Officer, Coast Guard, Ratnagiri. We, at Mukul Madhav Vidyalaya, believe that children need to realize that we, human beings are a part of a larger environment and both the source and cause of environmental pollution.

Annual Day Celebrations

Annual concert is being conducted at MMV every year with great pomp and enthusiasm. We, at Mukul Madhav Vidyalaya have always focused on the all-round developments of the students. These type of annual concerts boost children to showcase their talent in front of the dignitaries and their own parents. It also gives them the confidence to perform on the stage without any kind of fear in their minds.

The concert programme at MMV is spread over 5 days which includes various themes wherein students were given chance to think, step forward and showcase their talent. These events at MMV have their own colour and are very unique in their own way. These programmes include Drama, dances and songs. To inculcate teamwork in students, these programmes also include Arts, Craft and Science exhibitions wherein students display their artistic and creative skills.

Sports Day Celebrations

The Annual Sports Day is a great opportunity for students 'to unite', 'rejoice','introduce' and 'represent' themselves. This is a chance where students not only perform but outperform and re-energize themselves. With this objective, Mukul Madhav Vidyalaya had organizes sports day for classes KG to IX. It was followed by the inauguration of Sports meet by breaking a coconut at the hands of dignitaries. The entire atmosphere is charged with zeal and enthusiasm of the students.
